Are your charms compatible with Pandora bracelets?

Yes! Our charms are compatible with all European-style charm bracelets, including Pandora, Chamilia, and similar brands.

What materials are your charms made of?

Our charms are crafted in sterling silver (925) or gold-plated sterling silver. Glass beads are Murano-style handcrafted glass. We do not use real precious stones — all stone accents are high-quality glass or cubic zirconia.

How do I care for my charms?

Store in a dry place, avoid contact with perfume or chemicals, and polish with a soft cloth.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
